SHIPPING/ RETURN POLICY
Spirited-soles is an independent brand locally owned shoe store and website. Since we currently work on a smaller platform, we take online custom orders and have limited quantities of our hand painted shoes, so we adhere to a typical “boutique type” return policy.
Note: Approximate dispatch of the items ranges between 2-3 weeks as all items we sell are hand painted and are works of art which are very patiently crafted, there is a timeline advised between date of order and actual date of shipping. This allows us to ensure quality and completion of each item ordered.
Phone/Internet Order Return Policy
Items purchased from the internet shop/phone order may be returned for exchange on case to case basis. No full refunds will be given. Exchanges and credit is possible if they meet the following criteria: *
1. Items are found to be in unworn or new, resalable condition and packaged in original box or packaging. (We advise that you only wear the shoes around your house for a limited time.
2. Items are returned to Spirited-soles store with a postmark no later than 2 days from receipt of goods. For example: If you place an order and receive it from us on March 1st, then you must ship it back no later than March 3rd.
*If these criteria are not met when items are received back in store, the customer will be contacted and notified as to our findings. The item purchased will then be shipped back to customer and no credit will be given. No full refunds will be ever provided. Please note : Custom Orders which are specifically designs as per your instructions; requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
We charge a flat fee of Rs 200/- depending on the type of shoe for deliveries across india.
We ship throughout the world. Costs vary, but generally ranges form $15-50 depending on distance & destination.
Exchange Shipping Charges
Once items are determined to be exchanged (see above criteria), the customer will be required to pay for
the return shipping charges.
